Just a quick reminder of how our priority service works. Priority requests are approved on a case by case basis depending on our production schedule and are based on the delivery date discussed with you in advance. By purchasing the priority upgrade, it is understood that this date has already been confirmed with us. If a different date is entered without prior discussion, we may not be able to accommodate this and the priority fee would be non refundable.
Priority payment must be made on the day the slot is discussed and confirmed. We allocate production time based on when priority upgrades are officially added, alongside other priority requests coming in daily. If payment is delayed, this can affect our schedule and unfortunately we cannot guarantee the same timeframe or offer refunds for missed deadlines due to late confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third party couriers. Delays are very rare, however on the occasional instance this can happen due to factors outside our control such as customs processing or courier disruptions. Because of this, priority fees are non refundable. The priority service covers your order being expedited in production and prioritised above others already in the queue, rather than accelerating the shipping service, which is why it cannot be refunded once your order has been prioritised.
By ticking this box you also understand that the priority service pays for expedited production and adjusting our schedule to make your order sooner. It does not cover upgraded shipping or any customs or import fees that may apply.
