While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur during transit. This applies to both UK and international shipments and may be due to factors beyond our control—such as customs processing or courier delays.
In such cases, we are unfortunately not able to 100% guarantee specific delivery dates and any priority shipping fees would not be refundable.
