Just a quick reminder of how our priority service works:
By purchasing the priority upgrade, it’s understood that we’ve already discussed and confirmed your requested delivery date in advance. Priority slots are approved on a case-by-case basis depending on our production schedule at the time.
If a different date is entered without prior discussion, or if expectations change after confirmation, we may not be able to accommodate this — and in those cases, the priority fee would be non-refundable.
To ensure we can meet your agreed deadline, the priority payment must be made on the day discussed. We allocate production time based on when priority is confirmed, alongside other priority requests coming in daily. If payment is delayed, this can affect our schedule and the timeframe in which your order is completed and dispatched. Unfortunately, we’re unable to prioritise an order until the upgrade has been officially added, and refunds cannot be issued for missed deadlines due to late confirmation.
While we always work as efficiently as possible, delivery is handled by third-party courier services, so we can’t provide a 100% guarantee on exact arrival dates. Delays are rare but can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs or courier disruptions. For this reason, priority fees are non-refundable in the event of courier-related delays.

Please note, the priority service does not simply cover upgraded shipping — it covers rushing your order through production, adjusting our schedule, and prioritising the work so it can be made and dispatched in time for your requested date.
