By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Made to Order
All pieces are handmade to order by our team. Please allow up to 10 working days for production before dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays).
As each item is made specifically for you, we encourage mindful purchasing and recommend checking sizing and details carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using fully tracked courier services.
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier for each order based on destination, service availability, and operational requirements. For certain international or remote locations, alternative couriers may be used.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside of our control do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
If customs charges are refused or not paid and the parcel is returned to us, this will be treated as a failed delivery and a 30% admin fee (excluding shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us due to the customer being unavailable, unreachable, failing to rearrange delivery, or refusing the parcel, this will be treated as a failed delivery.
In these cases, a 30% admin fee (excluding shipping costs) will be deducted from any refund issued.
Priority Orders
We offer a priority service for customers who require their order by a specific date. This must be agreed in advance and is subject to availability.
Priority service covers expedited production only and does not guarantee delivery timeframes once the order has been dispatched.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.
Returns are sent at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
