Shipping Policy
All of our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made and dispatched (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you need your order for a specific date, we offer a priority service (subject to availability). Please contact us via email or Instagram for more info.

 

Delivery
We ship worldwide using FedEx International Connect Plus, a fast and fully tracked courier service.

 

Estimated shipping times (after dispatch):
UK: 1–2 working days
Europe: 1–4 working days
USA: 1–4 working days
Australia: 3–7 working days
Asia: 3–7 working days
Rest of world: 2–7 working days

 

For certain international or remote locations, we may use alternative couriers such as Evri. Delivery times for these areas are typically longer:
Europe (remote areas): 5–10 working days
Rest of world (remote areas): 7–13 working days

 

Please note, shipping time is separate from production time and all delivery timeframes are estimates only.

As a small, handmade-to-order business, we are currently unable to offer next-day delivery. Each piece is made with care by our team, and we are continuously working towards improving our services.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, courier, and customs processing.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, an admin fee may apply.
