Shipping Policy
Production Time
All of our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be carefully made and dispatched, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping time is separate from production time. Please allow for both our production timeframe and the estimated delivery timeframe for your location when placing your order.
If you need your order for a specific date, please check the timeframes below before ordering.
Priority Production
If you would like us to work towards a specific date, we may be able to offer a priority production service, subject to availability.
Priority production fast tracks the making of your order within our studio. It does not refer to express delivery and does not guarantee a delivery date.
To request priority production, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order with the item you would like to purchase, your required date and the country your order will be shipped to. If your order has already been placed, please also include your order number.
If priority production has not been requested, paid for and confirmed by our team, your order will be made within our standard production timeframe of up to 10 working days.
UK Delivery
UK delivery is £7.99 for orders under £100.
We offer free tracked UK delivery on orders of £100 or more.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
1 to 2 working days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide using tracked courier services.
For most international destinations, estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Europe: 1 to 4 working days
USA: 1 to 4 working days
Asia: 3 to 7 working days
Rest of world: 2 to 7 working days
For certain destinations, delivery typically takes longer. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Singapore: 7 to 13 working days
Australia: 7 to 13 working days
Switzerland: 5 to 10 working days
United Arab Emirates: 7 to 13 working days
New Zealand: 7 to 13 working days
Iceland: 5 to 10 working days
Guernsey: 5 to 10 working days
Jersey: 5 to 10 working days
Channel Islands: 5 to 10 working days
Delivery to certain remote postcodes may also take longer than the standard estimated timeframe. Where this applies, your order will be sent using the most suitable tracked courier service for your location.
International orders with a goods value of over £400 will also be sent using our longer tracked delivery service. For these orders, please allow:
Europe: 5 to 10 working days
Rest of world: 7 to 13 working days
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service and customs processing.
If you would like to enquire about a faster courier option, please contact us before placing your order. Where available, an upgraded service can be arranged at an additional cost.
Important Information
As a small handmade to order business, we are currently unable to offer next day delivery.
Each piece is carefully made by our team, and we are continuously working towards improving our services.

Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties. These charges are not applied to every order, but where they do apply, they are set by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, customs charges are outside of our control. If any fees are requested, the courier will contact you directly with further information and the steps required to release your parcel.
If a parcel is not claimed, customs charges are not paid or delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, an administration fee may apply. Any applicable fees will be confirmed before a refund is processed.
