Shipping Policy

All of our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made and dispatched (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

If you need your order for a specific date, we offer a priority service (subject to availability). Please contact us via email or Instagram before ordering to check this.

 

Shipping times (after dispatch):

UK: 1–3 working days

Europe: 3–5 working days

International: 6–7 working days

 

Please note, shipping time is separate from production time.

 

As a small, handmade-to-order business, we are currently unable to offer next-day delivery. Each piece is made with care by our team, and we are working towards expanding our services in the future.

 

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and advise accordingly.
