If your enquiry relates to when to expect your order, please note that all of our garments are handmade to order. We kindly ask that you allow up to 10 working days (excluding weekends) from the date of purchase for your piece to be created before dispatch.

 

We do not respond to order status queries within this 10 working day production timeframe, unless you would like to upgrade to our Priority Service (available for an additional fee).

 

If you wish to add Priority Service to your order, please confirm this clearly in your message when contacting us.
