All of our pieces are handmade to order and can take up to 10 working days before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

If it has been more than 10 working days since you placed your order, please check your shipping confirmation email, including your junk or spam folder, for your tracking details.

 

If you need your order by a specific date, please check our production and estimated shipping timeframes for your location here

 

If you would like us to work towards a specific date, we may be able to offer Priority Production for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please include your order number, required date and shipping country in your message.

 

As a small handmade business, we may not be able to respond to general order status enquiries while your order is still within the stated production window, as our team needs to stay focused on making and dispatching orders.
