Return / Exchange Policy

 

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at info@sylavieswimwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return the item(s). Please include your order number in your email.

 

Once your return request has been confirmed, you must send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

 

Please ensure your return package includes a note with your order number.

 

Upon receiving the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The return address is provided on your shipping label — please use this address to send your return.

 

 

Condition of Returns

 

Items must be returned:

 

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or if there are any signs of wear.

 

Return Shipping

 

Please note, we do not provide prepaid return labels. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and cover the return shipping costs.

 

We recommend using Royal Mail for UK returns and a reliable tracked courier service for international returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Returning from Overseas

 

If you are returning an item from overseas, please ensure that the customs declaration category is marked as “Returned Goods” to help avoid unnecessary customs fees.

 

Customs regulations may vary depending on your location. Any additional fees, including UK import VAT and duty charges, are the responsibility of the customer and must be covered in full. If charges are incurred due to incorrect declaration, these may be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

 

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number so we can assist you.

 

Exchanges are currently available for UK orders only.

 

For international orders, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you will need to return your item for a refund (in line with our returns policy) and place a new order separately.

 

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached and (where applicable) hygiene seals intact.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement items will be dispatched once the original item has been received and inspected. Please note that exchanged items are subject to our standard production timeframe.

Change of Mind After Exchange is Initiated

 

Once an exchange has been confirmed and the product has been returned to us, we immediately begin the production or preparation process for the replacement item. At this stage, we are unable to switch the request to a refund, as resources have already been allocated and production for your exchange has started.

 

Please ensure you are certain about your choice of exchange before proceeding.

 

Exchange Limits

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. As such, we limit exchanges to a maximum of two (2) per customer per order.

 

We encourage customers to review sizing, colour, and product details carefully before placing an order. Any requests beyond the allowed two exchanges per order will not be accommodated.
