How Membership Works

 

Access to The Society requires two steps.

 

 

Step 1: Create an Account

 

Anyone can create an account on our website. This allows you to:

 

• View and manage your orders

• Track deliveries

• Save your details for future purchases

 

Creating an account does not automatically grant access to The Society.

Step 2: Request Access to The Society

 

Once you have created an account and logged in, you must request access to The Society group.

 

You can find The Society by:

 

• Selecting it from the account dropdown menu once logged in

• Or clicking the Members page from the main menu

 

Access to The Society is reserved for Syl’a’Vie customers.

 

To be approved, you must have placed an order and request access using the same email address used at checkout. Once your purchase is verified, we’ll approve your membership.

Already Placed an Order?

 

If you’ve previously ordered from us, please follow these steps:

 

1. Create an account using the same email address you used for your previous order.

2. Log into your account.

3. Visit The Society page.

4. Click “join group”

 

Once we verify your order, we’ll approve your membership.

Trouble Linking Your Order?

 

If you’re unsure which email you used, you can still request access.

• Your full name

• Your order number (found in your previous confirmation email)

 

We’ll manually link your purchase to your account so you can gain access.
