All international orders are sent via a tracked courier service. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

UK VAT is included where applicable.

To help keep your Syl’a’Vie pieces looking their best, we recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle at no warmer than 30°C / 86°F.

Wash with similar colours and delicate items, and avoid garments with heavy zips, hooks or hardware that could snag the fabric.

Do not tumble dry. Air dry naturally, ideally inside out and away from direct sunlight.

For swimwear, rinse in cool clean water after wearing, particularly after exposure to chlorine, salt water, sun cream or tanning oils.

As every Syl’a’Vie piece is handmade, we recommend treating all fabrics, trims and delicate details with a little extra care.
